  • Migraine Reigns

The weather has been so up and down that it's trying to kill me.  Obviously it hasn't succeeded yet since I'm still posting.  It went from really nice days, Indian Summer, to the hard rains.  If the rain settles in, then I'll probably start feeling better 'cause of low barometric pressure.

    No Bake Cookies

I've got the recipe.  My son knew where it was and got it out.  My Hunni makes 'em, and they are scrumpdillyeacious (or whatever)!  These are good for those that are gluton interrorant.  Here goes:
    [recipe]

Boil the following for 1 minute:

    1. 1 stick of butter
    2. 2 cups of sugar
    3. 4 or 5 tablespoons of cocoa
    4. 1/2 cup of milk

Remove from heat and add 2 1/2 to 3 cups of oats and 1/2 cup of peanutbutter.  Thoroughly mix.

Then make cookies by dropping on waxed cookie sheet.  Let set up.  Then it's eating time.  If over heated, the cookies will be dry.

    [/recipe]

    Enjoy!!!

The FogWalker goes for supper...then to oblivion...

  • I make a butterscotch cookie that is a nobake... it's 1 package of butterscotch morsels, 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter, and 4 cups of cornflakes.  Melt the butterscotch and peanut butter together, then mix in the cornflakes.  Spoon out onto a sheet or whatever and put in fridge to set up.  They're yummy!
