  • I have friends!

I really didn't know much about some of the new features of Xanga, but I finally found out how to make friends.  So I invited a few and they said yes!  That's cool!  I do feel like I've known some of you for awhile and you've been great!  Now, what the heck is "nudges"?

    Waking Up

I used to really be a morning person.  At least, I thought so.  Now it seems that mornings just keep getting worse.  I wake up with migraines (nothing new, but they seem worse).  I wake up tired.  I wake up aching.  Maybe the problem is just waking up.

I slept soundly last night, I think.  I don't have bunches of dreams that I remember (and I can usually remember lots of dreams when I have them).  My Hunni even said that I didn't move through the night.  Now that's a first (especially with someone diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome).  Gee, I have some many syndromes that I don't know what to do with them.  I wish I could put them on eBay and sell them.  Even if they went cheap, I have such an endless supply that I would still make money!

    The Wilds

There were 3 of us that attacked the wilds yesterday.  The wilds?  Yes, my son's yard had had two and a half weeks since it was last mowed.  With the rain, then sunshine, then rain, then sunshine....his yard was wild.  I did my best there and I certainly wore myself out, though some may say that I didn't do that much.

He's got a volunteer pumpkin.  There's two pumpkins on the vines, one almost ready for picking, and the vines are probably both 10' long now.  I have been curving them around in his yard so they wouldn't section off a piece and make it hard to get to with the mower.

And his weed garden, formerly called the flower bed before he left for active duty, got a face lift yesterday.  All in all, his place looks pretty good.

Now it's time for my yard.

    Bills

Not the quacking kind!  Don't you just get tired of 'em?  Some will last forever.  And the ones that don't, well they'll be replaced by some other one that you hadn't expected, or maybe you did expect at a certain time/age.

If I'm not mistaken, and I have been known to be, but last month I paid off the last bill from the car accident dated 28 January 1998.  It wasn't my fault, but that doesn't mean there weren't bills.  I already know that I have another couple of surgeries coming from that (like another knee replacement), but for right now, I'm free from those bills.   I think!  I hope nothing else finds its way here.

    The FogWalker goes..... just goes...

  • The wilds is what I would like to make our back yard, plant oh about 200 trees add a bunch of mulch and never mow it again. Wouldn't even have to rake leaves they would just add to the mulch.

  • I haven't used any of the features of Xanga, except for blogging and uploading images LOL.

Have you considered going to a sleep lab to have them check your sleep pattern? If you *think* you are sleeping all night but don't feel rested, then it's possible that you are waking up multiple times during the night without realizing it. Not enough to be fully awake, but enough to not get fully asleep - to the dream stage.

  • I'm so happy we're friends, hehe  =)
Hmm... guess the cookie fairy did miss you!
Know what, seriously one day we should meet.  Have a little xanga meeting or something, haha. I'll make sure the cookie fairy won't miss ya then!  =)

  • Sheryl, I think the sleep labs and neurologists are starting some new books with me as the subject matter.
